Shipping Delays and Policy

At times, shipping carriers including UPS and USPS may experience delays due to weather, high package volume, or other causes outside of our control. Additionally, carriers may choose to suspend their service guarantees for all shipping methods including Priority shipping methods.

We will continue to fulfill and send your order on time - either same day or next business day - but carrier delays may cause some packages to be delivered later than the estimated delivery times shown.

Natural Wellness is not responsible for these delays, and will not offer refunds or credit for shipments delivered after the estimated delivery time shown at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Handling

We usually ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). However, Natural Wellness® reserves the right to choose the most efficient shipping carrier based on the address provided. Of course, if you have a specific carrier preference, you may contact us toll-free at 1-800-569-4994 (or 845-361-3900) for a price quote.

Contiguous U.S.

Delivery time: Orders are shipped either the same or next business day. Allow up to 7 business days for Standard and 2-4 days for Priority (not guaranteed).

Alaska or Hawaii

Delivery time: Allow up to 7 business days for delivery (not guaranteed). Orders are shipped either the same or next business day.

U.S. Territory

Delivery time: Allow up to 10 business days for delivery (not guaranteed). Orders are shipped either the same or next business day.

Canada

Delivery time: To reach the destination country (not including customs inspections and delivery to destination address), allow 14-28 days for First Class and 6-10 days for Global Priority (not guaranteed). Customs inspections, when applicable, may create delays. Orders are shipped either the same or next business day. Please note that some products can only ship Global Priority.

Taxes and Duties: Taxes and/or duties may be applicable and will be calculated by your local customs office. Natural Wellness® does not have knowledge of the taxes and/or duties that may be incurred. These taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the package recipient.

Sales Tax

Within the United States

Depending on your location and any applicable tax laws, Natural Wellness may charge sales tax in addition to the purchase price. Q. How secure are the Natural Wellness® websites?

A. Extremely secure. Both store.naturalwellness.com (our Shopify storefront) and naturalwellness.com (our content site) use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

SSL/TLS Encryption All pages on our websites are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, the current gold standard for web security. You can confirm you're on a secure connection by looking for the padlock icon to the left of the web address in your browser. This means any information transmitted between your browser and our servers — including personal and payment details — is fully encrypted and unreadable to anyone attempting to intercept it.

Payment Security All transactions on store.naturalwellness.com are processed through Shopify Payments, which is fully PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification available. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Platform Security Our Shopify storefront benefits from Shopify's enterprise-grade infrastructure, including continuous security monitoring, DDoS protection, and regular third-party security audits. Our WordPress content site on naturalwellness.com is maintained with current security standards and software updates.
